The context and limits of the design work and information presented here.
1. The portfolio and its purpose
This website presents the social content design direction of Sára Gáborová, the public name of independent professional Sára Gáborová. It helps visitors explore social content design before starting a conversation. The identification address is Palkovičova 217/16, 900 32, Bratislava, Slovakia. The pages introduce design possibilities; they do not constitute an accepted project brief, a signed proposal or an assurance that every request can be undertaken.
2. Fictional concept work
Sunday Studio, Corner Notes, Daylight are independent concept studies created for this portfolio. Their names and situations are fictional briefs used to demonstrate social content design choices. They are not client commissions, launched services, scheduled events or evidence of commercial results. The explanation beside each study is part of its context. Similar real-world names do not imply a relationship or an endorsement. Any text, interface state or graphic shown inside the samples belongs to the demonstration rather than an operating business offer.
3. Mockups and production reality
The original vector graphics simulate document pages or communication layouts. They are design studies rather than photographs of printed publications, real campaign placements or manufactured objects. The final dimensions, editing format, image permissions, font licences, export settings and production requirements need to be agreed for actual work. A screen preview cannot verify every print process or social-platform display. Review the final deliverable in its intended environment and keep factual checking separate from the visual arrangement of supplied content.
4. Descriptions and professional boundaries
Design descriptions explain the decisions visible in the studies and the questions useful for scoping a project. They are not legal, regulatory, product-safety or manufacturing advice. In particular, a fictional packaging label should not be used as a compliant label for a real product. Final copy, required statements, factual accuracy and specialist approvals need to be addressed in the actual project, with suitably qualified advice where required.
5. Rights and outside services
An example being publicly visible does not make it a free asset for commercial reuse. Commissioned usage rights and the handling of third-party materials need their own agreement. The pages use device fonts. Your email service and any separately engaged supplier have independent terms and technical behavior. The portfolio cannot guarantee their delivery, availability or execution merely because they are involved in a later conversation.
6. No unagreed outcome promises
Visual design can organize information and shape expression, but the portfolio does not promise a particular level of sales, recognition or audience response. An enquiry does not confirm a delivery date, fee or project acceptance. Any assurances concerning a commission must be identified in its agreed scope. General statements here cannot substitute for reviewing the actual brief, limitations, responsibilities and proposed outputs before work begins.
7. Questions and document relationship
Read this page with the Terms of use, Privacy policy and Cancellation and refund policy. Those pages explain site use, the email-draft workflow and the distinction between an initial enquiry and a paid engagement. A separate written project agreement can address specific matters in more detail. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights. If an example, statement or permitted use is unclear, prepare an email to [email protected] naming the relevant page and question.
